Business Process Analyst / Change Manager Support – Fraud Team
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work Model: Hybrid (2–3 days per week on-site)
Project Duration: 1 year
Languages: Fluent in French, Dutch, and English

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to strengthen the Fraud team, responsible for developing innovative tools to prevent fraud and coordinating the bank-wide fraud prevention strategy.
Key Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent through professional experience).

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer, ideally within the banking or fraud prevention domain.

Proficiency in process management tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, ARIS).

Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR).a
- Solid understanding of banking operations and fraud detection/prevention processes.

Understanding of business architecture principles (is a plus)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and improve business processes aligned with the bank’s strategy and architecture.

Continuously optimize workflows for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and risk management.

Monitor KPIs and process performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

Collaborate within an Agile, multidisciplinary squad to deliver impactful solutions.

Identify change management requirements and coordinate the necessary actions to ensure successful adoption of new or revised processes.

Support business teams and end-users during and after implementation phases, providing guidance and responding to inquiries.

Monitor adoption rates and act as a point of contact for feedback and user support.
